Feature of the Week - LinkedIn's "Who's Viewed My Profile"

This LinkedIn feature lets you see who has been looking at your profile. Even better, they make you pay for the ability to see more details on who’s viewing. 

Features that play off the vanity of people usually win. Even the most modest person would have a hard time not checking this. There is a downside to this though: voyeurs don’t like being identified, so when they see this feature, they might not feel as comfortable perusing people’s profiles for fear of being identified. Because to the professional context, this is less of an issue for LinkedIn, but expect a huge backlash if Facebook ever releases anything like this.
