Starbucks flat out copied Dell’s Ideastorm. I think it’s brilliant.
It is great to see more brands allow consumers to openly critique and ultimately, improve their business. It is one of the most powerful examples of how social media can truly make organizations better. I wish there were more copiers like Starbucks.
